I came to Wolfsburg for professional reasons 2 years ago and found accommodation at Gaushof, which stands out for its location and tranquility. The beautiful and well-kept outdoor area welcomes me every time after a busy day.
My apartment is fully equipped and provided me with all the amenities for my stay during the time I was in Wolfsburg. There were also plenty of opportunities to park my vehicle without any issues during my stay in the area of Gaushof. If there were any disturbances or malfunctions in the apartment, I could contact Ms. Gaus, who had the issues resolved immediately.

Welcome to the beautiful Gaushof.
My name is Jens, and I have been living here since 2016. Can you imagine a more beautiful life in the countryside than here? I say and maintain: No.
It feels like being in a holiday resort here. If you ever want to unwind, just sit in the garden under the pavilion or take a stroll through the fields, which open up right behind the property.
The property and the garden are very well maintained! In my opinion, there are no better landlords than the Gaus family. They are very loving, accommodating, and you can talk to them about anything. If there's ever a small problem, a solution is always found.

My true home - finally arrived!
I have lived in many places in Germany, as well as in and around Wolfsburg; in my life, I have moved more than 10 times.
The apartments and cottages all had something special, but I have never felt as settled and comfortable as I do at the Gaußhof. And it's not just because of the fantastic location, the great view, my chic apartment in the half-timbered house with a small garden and pretty terrace, where I can relax with my three cats after a stressful school day, but also and especially because of the family-like atmosphere on the farm.
Mrs. Gauß is a very present and helpful landlady, always ready to offer advice and assistance. The rest of the Gaußhof community is also always approachable, and there's mutual help or just friendly chatting. So, I never want to leave here again – I have arrived.

I have been living here at Gaushof for a year and a half. I have traveled to many places in Germany for work and must say: here is where you belong. Here, you can leave behind work, the hustle and bustle of the city and immediately unwind. You experience a very well thought-out housing concept: from the apartments to the outdoor facilities, its like you are on vacation!
The courtyard and garden area invite you to walk and relax, in any weather and at any time of the year. The entire residential complex, whether it's the house, courtyard, or garden, is constantly lovingly maintained and further developed by the Gaus family. It is "six-star service" in a complex where you feel very much at home, as opposed to hotels. I also enjoy the proximity to nature and animals on the edge of the complex, where you can see horses, sheep, goats, donkeys, and chickens. The covered barbecue facilities on the property are fantastic, as are the bike paths in the adjacent "Little Switzerland."
In our fast-paced world, Gaushof allows us residents to have a daily retreat in nature and a lovingly designed green area, if we choose to do so. But the modern and well-kept spacious apartments, which are well-thought-out with a balcony or terrace, also serve as an oasis of relaxation.
Many thanks to the Gaus family for their great commitment and the opportunity to enjoy modern living on an idyllically located old farm.
